Assessments​

Our Nurse Practitioner will come on-site or provide tele-health to assess wounds and provide treatment recommendations for home health, skilled, or long-term care patients.

Debridement

In order for wounds to heal, they often need debridement. We can provide this service through our specially trained Nurse Practitioner in the home or facility for convenience and comfort.

Skin Grafting

Chronic wounds show incredible healing rates using skin substitutes. ICP knows the ins & outs of skin grafting so we can use this advanced technology to heal difficult wounds quickly.
