Integrated Care Professionals, LLC is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and currently provides services to the Southeast region of the US. ICP was established in 2013 to improve resident outcomes in long term care settings after noticing a gap in the continuum of care and lack of access residents had to a consistent on-site provider.
We began as a small company serving a few long term care facilities in Arkansas and Mississippi and have grown to deliver services to over 70 facilities in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and Missouri.
Our administrative team has over 164 combined years of nursing experience and 65 combined years of nurse practitioner experience. We know the importance of quality patient care!
Our nurse practitioners are making a positive impact across homes and local communities throughout several states. With care, attention, and thoughtfulness they are serving in senior living facilities, long-term care locations, and even providing in-home care. Our devoted team of nurse practitioners give personalized service, helping their patients play an active role in their own well-being and overall life plan. Whether providing pre-screenings for assisted living programs or administering more complex treatments, our NPs have become an integral part of their local community. With the help of these dedicated NPs, ICP is filling in the gap to provide comprehensive care closer to home and with familiar faces.
