And today we’re going to talk about readmission rates and how we chop them in half. More than half, actually. That’s right, Heather, go ahead and show ’em that case study.

Well, we did a study on one of our facilities for the past year, March 2019 to March 2020. And as you can see, when we started, their readmission rates there were at 23%. And by the end of the following quarter, we cut them down by 60%.

60% is huge, y’all.

It gets even better. You can also see that they still continue to go down through our time there. And by nine months in, we eliminated the readmission completely.

And then they stayed at zero for another quarter. So if you’re looking to reduce your readmission rates in your facility, ICP is who you need to call.
