Ayasha Thomason

PhD, APRN, WHNP-BC
President

Ayasha Patel Thomason, PhD, APRN, WHNP-BC, is the Founder and President of Integrated Care Professionals, managing and providing full time, onsite quality care to residents of contracted partner nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities with Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.

Ayasha is a former Assistant Professor, at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Nursing and Director of the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program. She is a scholar of the Patricia Archibald Pre-Doctoral Fellowship from the National Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence. She has a passion for promoting successful aging among older adults. She is involved with several research studies, has multiple publications in peer reviewed journals, and speaks locally and nationally on long term care and aging issues.

Ayasha was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for her Bachelor’s degree in nursing, then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she received her Master’s degree as a nurse practitioner and PhD in nursing research.

Ayasha currently resides in Little Rock with her husband, Rodney. Ayasha has a 15-year-old son, two step children, and five grandchildren. Ayasha enjoys Barre workouts, the beach and loves to be with her family.

Mark Petty

Executive Vice President of Business Development

Mark Petty is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Integrated Care Professionals, where his mission is to connect the post-acute continuum with highly qualified in-house nurse practitioners to improve outcomes crucial to operators, payors, patients and residents. Mark’s impressive career spanning various roles in healthcare, dedication to clinical excellence and partnership development acumen make him a trusted leader in the healthcare industry. He is committed to improving patient outcomes and driving operational success in post-acute care settings.

Mark received his Bachelors of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Missouri – Columbia. He completed his Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kansas and was a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist for many years.

Mark currently resides in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri with his wife Elizabeth and their two sons. He also has three sons in college beginning their own respective journeys. When not working, Mark can be found passionately rooting for his Kansas Jayhawks, playing far too much golf and supporting The VEDS Movement, a division of The Marfan Foundation that specializes in education and support related to Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Angela Haliburton

MBA, RN
Vice President of Clinical Relations

Angela Haliburton is the Vice President of Clinical Relations for Integrated Care Professionals, where she oversees all clinical relationships among providers and senior living communities including post acute and long term care facilities. Angela will assist with those partners in AR with a focus to MS, LA and AL.

A Mississippi girl, Angela spent her formative years in the Mississippi Delta. She earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College in 2000, and while living in Indiana continued her education earning a BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her most recent accomplishment is earning an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University.

Angela has worked as Acute Care Nurse, Nursing Educator, Home Health Nurse, and as Manager of Care Management and Utilization Management.

With experience and the love of God, Angela exercises empathy and kindness in administering care and treatment.
Angela is a foodie and avid traveler that enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and grandson.

Amanda Allen

Vice President of Operations

Amanda Allen is the Vice President of Operations at Integrated Care Professionals. She joined ICP in July 2018 and has worked hard to learn the challenges and opportunities for excellence in and the skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Amanda has strengthened our compliance program while exemplifying accountability and teamwork.

Amanda studied Public Relations at The University of Central Arkansas and later received her Master’s Degree from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock in Applied Communication Studies.

Beginning her career in the behavioral health field, Amanda worked in compliance and healthcare management for 10+ years in various settings from residential care to acute admissions and outpatient services. Amanda oversaw numerous accreditation and audit processes from the state level and The Office of Long-Term Care to The Joint Commission and CMS. Amanda also managed the implementation of a new outpatient substance abuse treatment program in Little Rock.

Growing up in an Air Force family, she moved every year as a child but kept her Arkansas roots. Amanda has been a Little Rock resident for 18 years. Amanda and her husband, Jason wed in 2003. They have three children: ages 16, 13, and 11- keeping her family very busy with academics, teen social lives, and swim team. Her hobbies include reading, knitting, hiking, TV, and movies. She also loves planning fun getaways and traveling with her family and loved ones.

Jessica Archer

Jessica Archer

MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Regional Clinical Manger

Jessica Archer is the Regional Clinical Manger at Integrated Care Professionals. She manages providers in Arkansas and Texas. Mrs. Archer is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, but currently resides in Saline County.

Jessica started her nursing career as an LPN working in a skilled nursing home. She completed her BSN at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After receiving her RN degree, she went on to work in med surgery for the next seven years. Jessica was quickly recognized for her skills and hard work and was promoted to charge nurse. She continued her education at Henderson State University completing her MSN degree in 2022. Jessica started with Integrated Care Professionals as a provider and within a year was promoted to her current role, Regional Clinical Manager.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family: husband Cody, and two boys Grey and Knox. As a family they enjoy hiking, exercising, spending time on the lake, and raising chickens!

Brandi Mason

Patient Account Rep

Brandi Mason is the Patients Account Specialist/ Care Partner For Integrated Care Professionals where she helps to provide assistance with handling accounts for patients with insurance and billing issues . Brandi is also a Care Partner who helps provide assistance to our providers with new patient admits at numerous facilities.

Brandi was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She attended Concord Career College where she received her Diploma As A Certified Medical Assistant, then she went on to attend The University Of Phoenix Memphis Campus where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Business Administration.

Brandi has work in the healthcare field for the past 18 years . She also has one daughter and a granddaughter whom she loves and adores .Brandi enjoys traveling and shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

Natalie Cooper

Regional Clinical Manager

Natalie Cooper is a Regional Clinical Manger at Integrated Care Professionals. She manages providers in Arkansas and Louisiana. Mrs. Cooper grew up in Paris, Texas. She relocated to Arkansas in 2014 for nursing school.

Natalie received her BSN from Southern Arkansas University in 2017. She worked on a step-down telemetry unit for three years while in Nurse Practitioner school. Natalie received her MSN from Texas A&M University Commerce in 2020. Natalie started with ICP in 2021 working as a facility provider. She quickly became a top performer and was promoted to Regional Clinical Manager in 2024.

In her free time Natalie loves spending time with her husband Dakotah, daughter Piper, and their dog Ranger. They love to travel and are often out of town on the weekends either watching baseball or seeing a new city.

Katie Pazdera

Katie Pazdera

Regional Corporate Recruiter

Katie Pazdera is the Regional Corporate Recruiter at Integrated Care Professionals. She manages talent acquisition for Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.

Ms. Pazdera is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, but grew up in Covington, Virginia. Katie’s love for the geriatric community began in high school when she joined the Health Occupation Students of America. She quickly realized taking care of seniors was her passion. Katie attended Radford University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication, specializing in Public Relations. She started her career in geriatrics in 2010 working as a CNA. Katie has worked in skilled nursing homes, home health, and most recently as the Executive Director at an assisted living facility.

Katie has lived in the Little Rock Metro area since 2014. She has two standard poodles- Layla and Leo, and a golden doodle, Lucy. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, painting, gardening, and antiquing.
